AI-prompted memoir · Senior-friendly

Every life deserves to be remembered Turn a parent's story into a book to keep

LifeLore asks one gentle question a week from a life-stage prompt tree — childhood, school, career, love, parenting, retirement. Your loved one answers in text, voice, or a photo. Then AI weaves those scattered memories into chapters — never inventing a thing, with every sentence traceable back to their own words. Finally, export a shareable PDF keepsake.

Everything it takes to record a life

From one gentle question to a finished family book — every step designed for elders.

Live

Life-stage prompt tree + weekly nudge

Six themes — childhood, school, career, love, parenting, retirement — and 30+ thoughtful questions. A new one arrives every Monday, defeating the blank-page paralysis.

Live

Capture in text, voice, or photos

Not a fast typist? Tap once to record up to 5 minutes of voice, auto-transcribed to text. Add a few old photos too — one memory, three ways to tell it.

Live

Source-traceable AI chapters

AI organizes scattered memories into chapters by time and theme. Long-press any passage to see exactly which of your own words it was woven from. Not happy? Regenerate that passage. The truth stays yours.

Live

PDF keepsake & sharing

Generate a beautiful PDF with a cover, chapters, and photos in one tap — save it to Files, or create a QR-code web link family can scan and read.

Live

Local-first privacy

Your writing, recordings, and photos stay on your phone by default — never uploaded. A memoir is the most private thing there is. That's our promise.

Live

Weekly reminders · push + email

Every Monday, a push notification and a backup email arrive together with the week's new question and a one-tap way in — so the habit gently sticks.

Four steps to a family book

No writing skills needed, no tech know-how — just answer a few questions.

1

Answer a question

Get one question about life each week, like "What is your earliest childhood memory?"

2

Reply any way you like

Type, record voice, or add old photos — whatever feels easiest, a little at a time.

3

AI weaves chapters

Once enough memories pile up, AI weaves them into chapters, each marked with the words it came from.

4

Export & share

Create a PDF keepsake to archive or send to children and grandchildren, passing the story down.

Where to begin

One question a week beats the blank page

Nine in ten people quit journaling within two weeks because they don't know where to start. LifeLore splits a life into six stages and 30+ gentle questions, asking just one a week — turning recording into something light and easy to keep up.

How it's captured

Speak it, snap it — no need to type

Elders often can speak easily but type slowly, and have old photos they'd love to caption. In LifeLore, one memory can hold text, up to 5 minutes of auto-transcribed voice, and 1–3 photos — matching how people really remember.

What sets us apart

AI organizes — it never invents

"My father was never an engineer — why would AI write that?" That anxiety never happens in LifeLore. Long-press any AI-written passage to see which of your own words it was made from; regenerate it if you don't like it. Your memory is the truth; AI just helps you organize it.

For the family

A gift for parents, and for the future

Children can give LifeLore as a gift to their parents, helping them leave behind a story of their own. Finished chapters export as a PDF keepsake or a web link family can scan and read — passing memories down, generation to generation.

Frequently asked

1. My parents aren't great with phones — can they use LifeLore?

Yes. LifeLore is built for older users: large type, a clean interface, and accessibility support. If typing is hard, one tap records voice and the app transcribes it automatically. Children can also help with the initial setup, then hand it over.

2. Will the AI make up things I never said?

Never. This is LifeLore's core promise. AI only organizes the real memories you've recorded into chapters — it adds no new facts. Long-press any generated passage to see which of your own words it was woven from; if you're not happy, regenerate it. Your memory is the truth; AI only helps you organize it.

3. Are my memories and photos uploaded to the cloud?

By default, no. Your written text, recordings, and photos stay on your phone and are not uploaded. Only when you (as a Pro user) run AI chapter synthesis does the text of that chapter get sent to an AI gateway to be organized — recordings and photos are never uploaded, and nothing is cached afterward. See the Privacy Policy for details.
